Submission Terms
Last updated: July 23, 2026 · Amped Electric Games LLC
These Submission Terms ("Terms") govern participation in The Casting Call (the "Casting Call"), a talent search operated by Amped Electric Games LLC ("Amped," "we," "us"), an Arkansas limited liability company, in connection with an unscripted series currently in development (the "Series"). By posting a submission as described below, you ("you," "Entrant") agree to these Terms.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or advance. Auditioning is free. Void where prohibited by law.
1. What the Casting Call Is
The Casting Call is a public talent search for riders to be considered for participation in the Series and related content. Selection is based on judged criteria, not chance. The Series is in development; we make no representation that the Series will be produced, distributed, or broadcast on any particular platform, and no distribution arrangement is promised or implied.
2. Eligibility
- Open to electric unicycle (EUC) and Onewheel riders.
- You must be at least 18 years old to enter on your own. Riders aged 14 to 17 may enter only with the knowledge of a parent or legal guardian, and written parent or guardian consent is required before advancing beyond the open round. Riders under 14 are not eligible.
- Employees, contractors, and judges of Amped, and their immediate family members, are not eligible for selection or prizes.
3. How to Enter
- Post your audition video as a Reel from a public Instagram account.
- Tag @ampedelectricgames and include #AmpedCastingCall in the caption. Submissions without the tag and hashtag will not be reviewed.
- Follow the round prompts and length limits published at the Casting Call page. One entry per rider per round unless the published rules for a round state otherwise.
- Your account must remain public at least through the end of the review period for your submissions to be considered.
4. Your Content: Ownership and License
You keep ownership of your footage. By entering, you grant Amped a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, excerpt, publicly display, and distribute your submission, in whole or in part, in any media, for the following purposes:
- Operating and promoting the Casting Call (including reposts and recaps);
- Developing and promoting the Series, including sizzle reels, pilots, and pitch materials shown to potential production, distribution, and sponsorship partners;
- Promoting Amped Electric Games and its events and channels.
This license is perpetual for the purposes above. Amped is not obligated to use any submission.
5. What You Promise About Your Submission
By entering, you represent and warrant that:
- The footage is original and of you, and you own it or have written permission from whoever does;
- You have permission from every identifiable person appearing in your footage for its use under these Terms;
- Your submission does not infringe any third party's rights, including music rights. If you advance, you will provide a version of your footage with cleared or royalty-free audio on request;
- Your riding footage complies with applicable law and shows required safety equipment (helmet at minimum);
- Everything you state in your submission about yourself is true.
6. Likeness Release
You grant Amped permission to use your name, image, voice, likeness, riding footage, and social media handle in connection with the Casting Call and the promotion and development of the Series, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. This does not obligate you to appear in the Series; participation in filming is covered by a separate agreement (Section 8).
7. Judging, Selection, and Disqualification
- Submissions are judged on story, personality, riding, and fit for the Series, in Amped's sole discretion. Final casting decisions rest solely with Amped and may weigh interviews, story fit, and availability.
- Amped is under no obligation to select any entrant, advance any minimum number of riders, or produce the Series.
- Entries may be disqualified for: missing or absent helmet in riding clips; illegal or reckless riding; footage taken on private property without permission; offensive, hateful, or infringing content; misrepresentation; or any violation of these Terms.
8. Advancing Riders
Riders selected for callbacks, the shortlist, or the final cast will be required to sign additional agreements before filming, including an appearance release, and for minors, parent or guardian consent and any legally required work permits. Selection at any stage is conditional on completing those agreements.
9. Prizes
Round and shortlist prizes are as published on the Casting Call page. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be fulfilled by sponsors. Amped may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
10. No Compensation; No Employment
Submitting to the Casting Call is voluntary and unpaid. Entering does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Amped. No entrant is owed compensation for a submission or its use under these Terms.
11. Assumption of Risk
Riding is inherently dangerous. You are solely responsible for your own safety, equipment, and decisions when filming your submission. Do not attempt riding beyond your ability for the purpose of entering. Amped does not direct, supervise, or encourage the riding shown in submissions, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Amped is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your riding or your participation in the Casting Call.
12. Not Affiliated With Instagram
The Casting Call is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with the Casting Call. Your use of Instagram is governed by Instagram's own terms.
13. Privacy
We collect the information you make public in your submission, plus any contact details you provide (such as an email address for round notifications). We use it to operate the Casting Call, contact entrants, and develop the Series. We do not sell entrant personal information.
14. General
- Amped may update these Terms or the round schedule; material changes will be posted at the Casting Call page and apply to submissions made after posting.
- Amped may suspend or end the Casting Call if it cannot run as planned. If that happens, we will communicate next steps publicly.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
